Imposter syndrome is a psychological phenomenon that describes people’s doubt in their abilities, which leads to a sense of racketeering despite their genuine accomplishments and success. This psychological occurrence is associated with unfavourable conditions, such as a sense of inadequacy and self-doubt, which can be intimidating and demoralising.

There are, however, convincing measures to overcome this syndrome, one of which is understanding the cause of the perceived fraudulence. It is critical to recognise that imposter syndrome is common and experienced by many people, including celebrities.

Identifying your unease and uncertainty objectively is the first step towards resolving this quandary. Exploring the concerns of such thoughts is a good first step, especially in situations where one feels undeserving of achievement or triumph.
